Walter was found in the parking lot at Wal-Mart with his friend Marty. 

Walter is super sweet and is looking for a home with a friend he can play with and a lap to cuddle in. If you don't have a pet already at home, Marty would be a great fit to adopt with Walter as they have been in foster care together.
