Louie is a beautiful Russian Blue. He has had a rough start in his young life. He was born outside and that is all he knew until he was rescued at around 4 months old. He is extremely shy but he does like pets. He also loves to play and is very attached to his sister Lyla. It would be great if they could stay together.
