Fren is such a sweetie, she warms up to people quickly and loves to be nearby or sit on
your lap and just relax. Fren started out as a very young neighborhood stray cat in the
Las Calinas neighborhood in St. Johns County. Several families watched out for her
and helped feed her, and all fell in love with her. When it was noticed that she was
pregnant, one family took her in so that she could have a safe place to give birth (in Fall
2024) and keep her 3 kittens for some months until their adoption. Fren is estimated to
be close to 2 years old and has now been spayed and vaccinated and is ready for a
permanent home. She likes to walk alongside (or sometimes in front of you) as you
walk, so she will do best with an owner who doesn’t mind a close companion. If you are
looking for a loving cat that enjoys being around people, Fren will be a great choice.
